Always worth a visit. Quality food prepared with love and inspiration. You can really tell from all of the employees that they enjoy working here with great pleasure. You can feel that as a guest and feel like visiting friends. With good friends ;-). If there is time, nice table discussions with staff and boss are always refreshing.

Very friendly service in a nice atmosphere, the food was only average for us. It would also be important to declare the meat loaf as a small snack, the portion size has nothing to do with lunch ...

We have been to the Bitburger Bierhaus Bad Münstereifel several times, most recently about 10 months ago, and we have always been completely satisfied to this day. We had reserved a table a few days ago and were supposed to be fed with a "cat table" right at the bar in the restaurant, not far from the door that was open for understandable reasons. The only problem is that it is fresh autumn in October and we didn't want to sit in the draft. Only thanks to the friendly waitress (that's why we got two stars) we got another seat. There was plenty of choice of free tables in contrast to our previous visits. But even there it was uncomfortably cold. Maybe you should turn on the heating despite the open door! Unfortunately, the food no longer has anything to do with last year ... On the one hand, the selection has become significantly smaller, but it was also a letdown in terms of taste. The otherwise delicious topping salad (which can also be seen in the photos that Google shows) has disappeared. While the burger was still okay, the fries were inedible on both servings: either they were completely tasteless or completely over-salted. Depending on the french fries you've just eaten, different. I have no idea what has changed here in the last few months, but for the better, these changes definitely weren't. Unfortunately, this was our last visit to this restaurant.

Terrible service

Was here in the summer where funfair was in the city center. Very nice you can sit outside, the beer is nice and cool and delicious and served in a jug. Price is absolutely fine. You can pay cash and also with a map. The staff is very friendly and has everything under control.

I came here just to have a beer, not dinner, so maybe the restaurant food is very good, though I doubt seeing the attitude of the waiters. After we got a tiny table (admittedly enough for our purpose) we wait for more than 15 minutes, during which I could appreciate three waiters (+ one bartender) doing no more than nothing. Taking into account that we were not interesting enough to them, I decided to leave. Then, the (only English speaking) waiter ran after me and asked me what happened, and after I told him that I have the impression that we were not interesting enough, he started yelling at me saying (among other things) that "pouring a beer is not that easy"! So, of course, I won't come back to this place ever. I will recommend my friends and acquaintances to not coming here, and I hope anyone looking for just a beer not come here ever.

Very friendly and helpful staff. All you can eat spare ribs, chicken wings, fries, coleslaw and baked potato on Wednesdays for a very reasonable 16 Euro. Interior comfortable but not especially cosy.

The very nice pilsner with also nice meals. I enjoyed Blutwurst (blood sausages) it's very good and matchs with beer.

Beer is okay, but food quality differs from time to time of going there. Warm potato salad for a wiener schnitzel was basically just cooked potatoes with 3 slices of cucumber...
